They are cast or forged in hardened alloy steel by the foundries and forge shops we work with, and matched to the tooth system and the part numbers you already run.
Send the part number stamped on the part, or the machine model and the tooth system. We match it and list the cross reference in the quote, so the new teeth fit the adapters and buckets you already have.
Wear parts have to be hard enough to last and tough enough not to break. The steel and the heat treatment decide both, so the hardness of every heat is checked at the surface and at the core, and teeth are tried on a matching adapter before they are packed.
Where your part calls for it, we use manufacturers certified to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, and a copy of the certificate comes with the quote.
