Surfing Solutions supplies high tensile fasteners: socket head cap screws, hex bolts and screws, flange bolts, carriage bolts, shoulder screws, stud bolts, set screws and six kinds of nut. They are cold forged by the fastener manufacturers we work with, to the DIN and ISO standards in the tables below.

Send the standard, the size, the length, the property class and the finish, with the quantity. Standard items run from M3 to M16 and up to 150 mm long. For a special fastener or a cold forged part, send the drawing or a sample and we quote to that.

Every lot is tested before it ships, and every box carries a coded label that traces it back to its steel.

Where your part calls for it, we use manufacturers certified to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, and a copy of the certificate comes with the quote.

How Our Manufacturers Produce Fasteners

Cold Forging Thread Rolling Heat Treatment Plating and Coating Testing of Every Lot Coded, Traceable Boxes

Steel wire is cold forged into the head and the shank, the threads are rolled, and the fasteners are heat treated to their property class. They are then plated or coated, tested, and packed in boxes that carry a coded label, so every box can be traced back to its raw material and its heat number.
