Surfing Solutions sources every part from the manufacturer whose process and grade fit it, wherever that manufacturer is. Since 2008 we have supplied automotive spare parts, heavy duty truck parts, castings, forgings and Ground Engaging Tools to 380 buyers, on the shipping terms each buyer chooses. The origin is named in each quote, so you know where your parts are made before you order.
We handle the documents, the customs paperwork and the freight to your port or to your door. The invoice, the packing list, the certificate of origin and the bill of lading are checked against your order before the goods leave, and on DDP terms the parts arrive at your door with the duty paid.
Parts travel by sea in a full container when the order fills one, or shared when it does not, by air when they are urgent, and by courier for samples and first pieces. Whenever we arrange the freight the cargo is insured, and your quote says which cover applies.
