Surfing Solutions supplies automotive spare parts, heavy duty truck parts, castings, forgings, Ground Engaging Tools and fasteners, made to our buyers' drawings and part numbers and delivered to their door. Since 2008 we have supplied liners, pistons, valves, brake drums and discs, radiators, springs and hubs, iron and steel castings, closed die and open die forgings, rolled rings and flanges, and the bucket teeth, adapters and cutting edges that earthmoving machines wear through.
The parts are made by the 40 foundries, forge shops and machine shops we work with, each asked to quote only the parts its process and grade suit. We have delivered more than 2400 orders to 380 buyers, in grey and ductile iron, carbon, alloy, stainless and manganese steels and aluminium, as cast, as forged or machined to the drawing, with the tests each drawing names.
We believe a buyer should deal with one company from the first message to the delivery, and should know before ordering what the parts will cost, where they are made and how they will be checked.
Our buyers send a drawing, a part number or a worn part. We find the manufacturer whose process and grade fit it, agree the price and the checks, follow the order through production, and deliver it with every document done. We stay with six lines of parts on purpose: castings, forgings and machined wear parts run through the same foundries, forge shops and machine shops, and the same tests.

Every order goes through three stages of checks, in this order. Before production, your drawing is reviewed with the manufacturer and the first pieces are measured against every dimension on it. During production, every heat is analysed and the heat treatment recorded, with the hardness checked after it. Before shipment comes a final inspection by AQL sampling to ISO 2859.
Global Reach
We find the manufacturer whose process and grade fit your part, wherever it is, and deliver the parts to your port or to your door. The origin is named in each quote, so you know before you order. We book sea or air freight on the Incoterms 2020 term you choose and follow the shipment all the way.
Packed for the Voyage
Heavy metal parts travel a long way, so they are packed for the voyage and marked for your store. Machined faces are oiled and wrapped in rust preventive paper, heavy parts go in wooden cases or on pallets heat treated to ISPM 15, and every case carries the part numbers, the quantity and the weight.

QualityPolicy
Every part we supply is checked in three stages: before production, during it, and before shipment. The checks are agreed before production starts and written into your quote, and you receive every result in writing: a material test certificate to EN 10204 3.1, the dimensional report, the report of every test your drawing names, and photographs of the parts and the packing.

PaymentPolicy
You pay the price in your quote, agreed in writing before anything is made. Payment is usually an advance with the order and the balance against the shipping documents, agreed for each order in writing, and a letter of credit works too. We never change our bank details by email.

Pattern and DiePolicy
A new part needs a pattern for a casting or a die for a forging, and your quote prices it on its own line. Who owns it? You do, once it is paid for. We keep it safe at the manufacturer, use it only for your parts, and send it to you or to another manufacturer if you ask.
