Surfing Solutions supplies precision turned and machined parts in brass and aluminium: inserts, terminals, connectors, bushes, nozzles, adaptors, nipples, unions, valve and fitting bodies, and parts made only to your drawing. They are made by the precision parts manufacturers we work with.

The parts are turned on CNC turning and milling centres, sliding head lathes and cam automatic lathes, milled and drilled on vertical machining centres, and sorted by machine before they are packed. Bodies with a shape that cannot be turned from bar are hot forged in brass first, then machined.

Send the drawing or a sample with the grade, the finish and the quantity, and we quote to that. The first pieces are measured against your drawing before production starts.

Where your part calls for it, we use manufacturers certified to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, and a copy of the certificate comes with the quote.

Each part goes to the machine that suits it: sliding head lathes for long, slender parts, cam automatic lathes for long runs of simple parts, and CNC turning and milling centres for parts that need milling, drilling and tapping in one setting. Shapes that cannot be turned from bar, such as valve bodies, are hot forged and then machined. The work runs in one line at the manufacturer: raw material, machining, inspection, finishing, packing in cartons and dispatch.
