Castings Made to Your Drawing

Surfing Solutions supplies iron, steel and aluminium castings made to your drawing, as cast or fully machined, with the test certificates your drawing asks for. The foundries we work with pour grey and ductile iron, carbon, alloy, manganese and stainless steel, and aluminium.

Every casting is poured to the grade and the standard on your drawing. If your drawing names an older or a local grade, we match it to its nearest equivalent and say so in the quote.

The process follows the part: its weight, its walls, its grade and how many you need. Green sand, no bake resin sand, shell moulding, investment casting, centrifugal casting and die casting are all within reach of our manufacturers, followed by fettling, shot blasting, heat treatment, CNC machining and paint.

Who owns the pattern? You do, once it is paid for. We keep it safe at the manufacturer, use it only for your parts, and send it to you or to another manufacturer if you ask.
